I had such a wonderful experience with the team at Platinum Eye Care and Visionworks! From beginning to end, everyone was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and genuinely kind. A huge thank you to Brittany, Chloe, and Hope for helping me pick out my glasses. They were patient, helpful, and gave me honest feedback and truly appreciated! Chloe was especially sweet and honest about how the different frames looked and fit my face. Sometimes you need somebody who will tell you, “Yes, those are the ones!” or gently steer you away from a pair that just isn't doing what it needs to do. 😂 Tina at reception was wonderful and made the check-in process welcoming and easy, and Mary did a great job with my pre-testing and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I also can't say enough good things about Dr. Pham. He was absolutely wonderful. I really appreciated how thorough he was in investigating what had previously been recommended, explaining his findings, and discussing the prognosis with me. I never felt rushed, and I left feeling informed and confident about my eye care. The entire team made what could have been a routine eye appointment feel like a genuinely great experience. Thank you Brittany, Chloe, Hope, Tina, Mary, and Dr. Pham for taking such great care of me. I highly recommend this team!
I had such a great experience here and genuinely cannot recommend this office enough. I was honestly nervous about trying a new eye doctor after having a rough experience at a different office in the Town Center, but I am so glad I came here. Tina and Brittany were both super sweet and helpful. I felt welcomed the moment I came in. Everyone made the experience feel comfortable and easy. Dr. Joseph really stood out to me. In the past, I’ve left eye appointments still feeling like my vision wasn’t 100% right, but he genuinely took his time, listened to me, and made me feel confident that he was going to get my prescription right. What made me feel even better was that he made sure I knew that if anything feels wrong with my prescription, I can come back and they’ll make sure it gets corrected. That reassurance meant a lot to me and made me feel like he actually cared about getting my vision correct instead of just rushing me through an appointment. I left feeling so much more confident about my vision and really happy that I decided to give this office a try. I will definitely be coming back and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an eye doctor who actually listens and takes their time with you.
Doctor Joseph was very professional and informational he broke it down and explained so excellent , thank you for an amazing service can’t wait till my next exam . Hope and Erin are amazing so knowledgeable and professional . They answer the call of customer service above and beyond. Thank you for making this experience so amazing and memorable.
Brittany and Tina were amazing. They explained everything by prior to my exam. Dr.Joseph took the time to go over the health of my eye and explain the changes. Recommended to all my family.
This office is by far the best in Jacksonville! I was going to Americas Best for years and was unhappy with the services I received. I finally made the switch to VisionWorks & I don’t regret it. Hope, Dr. Joseph, Beth, Tina, Juan, & Brittany helped me with my exam, choosing frames, & adjustments. The staff here truly care about their patients. I would recommend this office to everyone!
