RadiFi Credit Union - Park Street Branch

I’ve done 4 auto loans with Tiffany Blackwell at RadiFi. 2 refinances and 2 new purchases this past year. Tiffany is super helpful and responsive. The best customer service town. Got my pre approval authorization done quick this past weekend on a 4th of July bank closure day. Anyone else would have put me off until the following Monday. Called and had pre approval within 2 hours. RadiFi has the lowest rates in town. I’ve got excellent credit and the dealer even said there was no way any financing company could beat RadiFi’s rates. Super happy with RadiFi!!!

RadiFi is actually my Husband's bank (I prefer online banks only). Every time I go there with him the staff members are so nice - especially Victoria. Recently she assisted me in opening a new Savings account for my 7-yr old granddaughter. She has an awesome personality; she makes you feel like a new member every time you come into the bank, she takes the time to assist you in all your transactions, and keeps a beautiful smile on her face! Thanking RadiFi Park St Branch & Victoria,

They were very friendly and professional. Communication was top notch during my loan process! They made it as non intrusive as possible like e-docs and e-sign also a secure upload portal was provided for needed documents. I did not need to miss work while they were processing the loan. All that and a great rate! Highly Recommend
