Robby Whittington Realtor with Coldwell Banker Premier Properties

Robby and his team did an outstanding job selling our home. He was able to secure an offer for us in just 2 days! His military background allowed for him to have greater attention to details and was creative in ways to help negotiate our deal. He’s a very upfront honest person and will help you secure the best deal! I highly recommend using Robby if you are in the market of selling or buying a new home!

Robby's professionalism and knowledge of the area, the comps and the current housing market were invaluable to me. He had expert insight when negotiating with interested buyers while negotiating offers. Aside from his excellent marketing skills, he was always personable assuring me that I got the best possible price before and after the final contract was signed and subsequently executed.

I was nervous as a first time homebuyer but Robby was an expert realtor and helped me with every last detail. He was attentive and went out of his way to make sure the process could go as smoothly as possible. I would highly recommend working with Robby especially as a military member as he has made my PCS process much easier by helping me find a beautiful new home that I was able to move into quickly.

Robby is a personable and wonderful real estate agent. If you have questions, he has answers. He will assist you every step of the way, through the entire process. I highly recommend him for your next home purchase or any real estate need!
