The team and truck came ready to work !!!!! The handled 100 + boxes. 3 HD Steel case office items, one student desk. 4 large totes, 7 IKEA cube storage units, (1) XL twin Purple bed frame & y, (1) Queen Purple adjustable bed frame, mattress & 4 post IKEA frame, (1) Lg screen TV + console. (2) full sized Washer/Dryer pieces, and other furniture items. . Everything that needed padding and shrink wrapping was done with care. They worked fast and efficient. They were very courteous at all times. They distributed the contents into to our new home and set up both beds. I give Royal Moving the best 5 star rating. I have used other company’s for 2 local moves since 2022. Royal out performed on this move. I also visited their office a week before the move (to discuss the TV). They noted the TV details and said they would supply the box for transport and unpack. The manager SAM advised the trucks show up with all the materials . He said Royal specializes in careful protection. They offered flat rate hourly service, and truck RT surcharges to Kingsland from Jacksonville. They made it easy to quote, book, and settle up at the end. No surprises, nothing unexpected👍 They are the real deal ! Trustworthy and different from moving franchises that shop leads out to 3rd party contractors. Royal takes good care of their teams. This Royal team worked safely and communicate well managing oversize and heavy pieces on stairs and up their truck ramps. Best of luck with your next move. If you want top service and fair simple pricing - they excel in these areas. I found them from their TV AD, which represents well the way they do business!!!
We used Royal Moving as our mover from Kingsland,GA to Pooler,GA last week. All and all, it was a wonderful experience. All the movers were very professional and polite. Adam is a top notch guy and leader. We really are very happy with the moving experience with Royal Moving. Highly recommend.
This company was great to work with. The communication leading up to moving day was consistent and easy. We had an emergency move that i needed to book 2 days before and these guys were great with making to time move me in on time. We got a 2 man crew and they were amazing, efficient, and very nice. The pricing here is also amazing if you aren’t trying to spend an arm and a leg to move your things. I 100% will recommend this company for anyone I know.
I would absolutely recommend using this company for any of your moving needs. I was able to contact them on short notice and get an appointment the very next day they help us move our couch from our first floor apartment to our third floor apartment. It took no time at all, and the team was so friendly and professional. I am definitely going to use them again when we are ready to move.
Royal was AMAZING!!! We were in a tough situation where our movers backed out last minute and we called Royal frantically and they were so calm and put everything together beautifully. The guys were SO nice and respectful to work with too. We truly are so thankful for Royal!!!! Couldn’t have done our move without them.
