Sarah Chancey, ERA Fernadina Beach Realty

Working with Sarah was amazing! We just had a recent transaction together, and from start to finish, she was amazing. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a Realtor who is on top of their game and knows the market like the back of their hand. I look forward to working with her again.

We really enjoyed working with Sarah. From day one, she was enthusiastic about our home and brought great energy to the process. Our house is very unique, and we appreciated the creativity she brought to marketing it and highlighting the features that made it special. She was always quick to communicate, kept us informed every step of the way, and was a pleasure to work with. She's knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely personable, which made the experience feel easy and comfortable. Although we ultimately decided not to move forward with selling, we were grateful for her guidance, support, and hard work throughout the process.

Sarah was great! She was very pro-active marketing our lot and always communicated what she had done and was doing. Her efforts to successfully enlist a builder to present home design plans specific to our lot was fantastic. We can highly recommend Sarah and ERA Fernandina Beach Realty. They are great people to work with.

My wife and I reached out to Sarah Chancey in January when we were considering relocating to the Amelia Island area. From the start, Sarah took the time to really listen to what we were looking for. We toured properties throughout the area. Everything was arranged ahead of time, and Sarah made excellent use of every minute we had together. She was easy to talk to, incredibly knowledgeable about the area, and never once felt pushy or "salesy." You could tell Sarah genuinely loves this part of Florida and loves sharing it with people considering making the move. If you're considering relocating to the Amelia Island area, Sarah Chancey is the one to call. She has the perfect mix of professionalism, local expertise, and a laidback personality that makes the whole process easy.
