I have lived in many areas around Florida and have had many veterinarians and the staff at Scott Mills is top tier. I drive 20 minutes out of my way just to bring my babies to this office and recommend anyone living in Jacksonville should do the same. They know animal care can be expensive and do not nickel and dime you with unnecessary treatments. Thank you for taking care of my babies!

Our second time using Scott Mill Animal Hospital and we will definitely be using them for any future veterinary needs. All of the staff were super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They really seemed to appreciate that we’d decided to choose them for Izzy’s care. Dr. Moore was incredible. He took the time to explain in detail the various concerns and treatment options. He did so in terms that were easily understood. He also did a great job listening. We didn’t feel rushed at all and he answered any questions that we had. We learned things from him today that were never shared with us from previous vets. We are very thankful that we made the decision to take Izzy here!!!

Dr. Moore and all the staff at Scott Mill Animal Hospital are tops. They were able to treat our dog for a tumor on his eyelid--four other vets had advised it was too risky. It turned out Dr. Moore could take care of it, and you cannot even tell the tumor was there. They're currently treating our senior dog for an ear infection that began when our pup was 10 years old. Dr. Moore and the staff will work with you, and they don't take offense if you make a suggestion or do research on your own. I wish we'd found this clinic years ago. The staff and doctor are superior, compassionate, and attentive. The clinic is cleaner than any we've been to. And the prices are very reasonable. I'd rate this vet with double stars if I could.

Scott Mill Animal Hospital is an amazing facility who I have trusted for years with my dog Shakespeare and now two cats Birdie and Lewis. They are so kind, explain whats going on, and truly love all animals that walk in. From reception to the doctors, to the techs, everyone's a true joy and I trust them all with my animals. They will work with your insurance and care credit and explain along the way.
