TRIGGER WARNING: PET LOSS The staff (shout out to Allie and Kim) and the vets at this clinic are some of the best I've met, and definitely the best in Jax of the GV clinics I've tried out over the last 8 years I've lived in Jax. I recently lost my 4 year old girl and Dr Sadler, Renee and the front staff were so compassionate and completely amazing throughout the very difficult process I had to endure. My girl didn't fall all the way asleep with the initial sedation so before she gave the final injection, she gave my girl an extra dose of sedation to make sure her passing was as peaceful as possible. I can't recommend Dr. Sadler nearly enough. She was there through the 8 and a half months we attempted to help my girl, and was willing to test something that UF wouldn't perform. Turns out, that's what it was.
I made the switch from another vet to st Bernard’s with Dr. Sadler. My dog needed an annual and I called getting a same day appointment. I’ve used Dogtown for weekend boarding and also used their grooming. All good experiences. Dr Sadler was so friendly, gave my doodle wonderful care, and gave helpful advice. Every staff member I’ve encountered has just been unbelievably sweet and helpful. I especially love all the services that this location provides.
Thanks for Dr. Elise Grandy and Anna for taking care of my German shepherd today! We came in for her ear infections and they were so patient with her through out the whole process and making sure my dog was comfortable the entire time. Never felt I was being rushed or anything! They explained everything in a very professional way. Couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend all my friends and families here! ❤️
I have been St. Bernards Vet for 4 years with my 2 Doodles, aged 10 and 2 years old. They are absolutely fantastic in all aspects! 🐕🦺🐕🦺. The receptionists Kim, Megan, Skylar, Anna, Stephanie and Dr. Hansen (Doctor) are truly spot on for my boys! Thank you St. Bernard’s Vet for being so wonderful!
Everyone was extremely nice. The veteran was extremely good with my dog. She took the extra few minutes to make him feel comfortable. I'm definitely going to go back here when he needs anything. They even called the next day to make sure e was doing well.
