We love the location and the ladies in the office! We rent a storefront and have always had quick responses and assistance.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’ve had a great experience renting this storage company! The girls in the office have been incredibly helpful, friendly and always willing to answer any questions we have. They’ve made the whole process easy and stress-free, which we really appreciate. The facility is well-kept and we’ve had no issues. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a storage unit!
I really want to say that, this place is 10/10!!! Customer service is exceptional!! They do not try to up sale you in any way shape or form!! They’re super friendly, and it’s like talking to a friend you haven’t seen in forever!! They’re more than nice!! It feels like a quaint warm hug talking to these ladies and doing business with them!! Highly recommend coming here every time!! Because I most definitely am!!
Shana showed me a unit and helped explain how I could rent it online if the office was closed. Louann and Shana both have answered all of my questions in the days since I rented the unit Shana showed me. Both are very helpful, professional, happy to help. They answer every question like they haven't heard them multiple times by multiple people. I hope SROA treasures them both.
I highly recommend it, the price is great and the attendants are top n100 , I'm super satisfied with my 3, the space accommodates all my party things I've been using 3 spaces for 8 years with my party stuff stored in this storage unit, which is super secure and the staff are super polite. I highly recommend it🥰 Beth!!! We can't say enough about Beth. She was absolutely the sweetest, and extremely accommodating
