7/27/26 The process of renting space was very easy & reasonably fast. Crystal the manager was friendly, knowledgeable, & professional. I am very happy with my space. This is for the management company, when reviewing the storage units on line (during the July sale,) the 10x10 climate controlled units were less expensive than the non climate controlled units, how does that make sense??? Of course I went with the lower price.

Crystal did an amazing job setting me up. I would definately recommend storage Rental of America. They are lucky to have her in their employ. Well done!
Crystal was very professional when showing me the storage unit and even paused her lunch to provide top-notch customer service. This was my first time renting a storage unit, and she made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend—look for Crystal!
Went in to get a storage unit and the lady who helped us was very kind and helpful. She made the process of completing the agreement quick and easy. Would definitely recommend renting from here
Crystal was very good with explaining everything to me , meeting me at a convenient time for me . She was professional and knowledgeable. My experience with her was excellent.
