Always greeted, very friendly, helpful, conversational and great atmosphere. Clean and cute. I always come here to find birthday presents for my friends, since there’s such an agreeable range of items. Clothes, keychains, make ur own keychain, candy, nails, bags, hats, mugs, earrings necklaces brackets anklets, perfume, stuffed animals, raw honey, natural creams and little hygiene stuff, books, etc.

I wanted to love this boutique. But unfortunately, I did not! Walking in , the girl was sitting on a boy's lap too busy to even acknowledge someone in their store. Was wondering why the lady walking out told me not to waste my time. Alright, gave them a minute. Still looking and walking around, I had to ask how they were doing, once they were done in their conversation. They were taking plants to the front and not a word came out of their mouth, until I said "hello, how are you?" My husband I wanted to get hats done, but once again looking around for the "employees" they're back behind the counter her on his lap!?! Like come on! I can see why yall will go out of business soon. Beautiful store but that's about it. Won't ever go back. Might want to give your employees some training in customer service.

I so wanted to give sweet hydrangea five stars. I just moved to the area and happened to pass them by while getting my nails done. I just moved to the area and I always try to support local businesses. The store was amazing filled with so many little trinkets, clothing, homemade soaps and fragrances, candles etcetera. When I first walked in it reminded me of a smaller Francesca's closet. I was never greeted upon my entrance to the store that's okay, she was busy so I continue to walk around the store. As I moved past the cashier, I just knew she would say hello, can I help you anything are you looking for something in particular. Nothing, not a thing. There were so many items that I wanted to purchase but after being in the store for almost 8 minutes without anyone's acknowledgment I decided to keep my money. Two other women walked in the store and she immediately says welcome in! As I made my exit I made eye contact with her and just smiled. This is not someone having a bad day, this is someone that has poor customer service. If you are a local vendor and you are selling your items in this store, they just did you a huge disservice. Needless to say I will never shop here again and I will definitely spread the word.

Wow. What a great little place. This is the type of store I remember growing up in a small town. Crafts, clothing, gifts, housewares, decor, and more. We went in specifically because we heard they carried Natural Wellness Lake Life natural health & beauty products.
