Michael Paul is a phenomenal realtor to work with!!! We highly recommend him for selling or purchasing a home. After putting our home on the market twice and it did not sell, my husband and I gave up. That is until Michael came highly recommended by someone and we thought let’s give him a try. After meeting with Michael we had some pretty strict guidelines and requests and he adhered to them. Not to mention we were going into the holidays and in the middle of a pandemic. We had an offer in a week!! This sell had a lot of mixed signals from the buyers end but Michael didn’t give up; he had us a back up offer just in case this deal fell through. We can’t say enough positive things about the job that Michael, Michelle, and their entire Paull team did to support the quick sale of our St. Augustine house. They truly went the extra mile from start to finish, as well as handling many extra things that came up during a challenging sale (due to several offers that fell through for one reason or another). After meeting with several realtors as part of our agent selection process, we chose the Paull Team and never looked back! We had moved out of the house and away from St. Augustine, and Michelle completely took over all the prepping and minor repair work to get the house ready for pro pictures and listing on the MLS. Michael brought us multiple good offers, and despite some rather flakey potential buyers, always managed to have “the next offer” in his back pocket, it seemed. Michael kept us well-updated throughout, helping to set our minds at ease. As a result, despite a challenging market, we were “sold” with a ratified contract in about 30 days, and fully settled the sale within 60 days of going to the market.
