  Nightmare!!!!!It wasn’t the employees fault. The corporate’s offices over book vehicles , via the online Ap, which were not available. I had a reservation as well as more than 10 other individuals. One persons reservation was made 2 weeks ago. Mine was booked 4 days in advance. One of the employees said. He was holding a truck for me but the front desk wasn’t aware. When I finally reached the front desk, I was told no availability. I was on crutches, in pain and began crying and bawling because I had been there for an hour. My son drove from out of town and went out of his way to pick up the hired help. Now I was paying $25 an hour/person for 3 men standing around. Which now became 1.5 hours wait time. I am in an abbusive relationship and trying to move. I was devastated!! I always use UHaul and have never had this kind of experience. I had a reservation at 10am next time I will arrive before opening. I was also charged for a Dolly which I was told would be in the cargo truck, which was my only other option. It was not. It took 2 trips with the cargo trailer, when my in town 15’ truck would have done the job in 1 trip. I expect a full refund, for my emotional stress and hardship caused by your company. Horrible horrible experience.
