Extremely rude employees!!!!! Went to drop off my equipment at this location after selecting with H-haul staff to find the most efficient place to drop off the truck and transport trailer I rented. Once there they told me they don’t accept transport trailers. I ask them well were can I take it when they phoned there sister branch and ask and they told her over the phone they don’t either. After being annoyed at the service from U-Haul at this point because to start it off I made a reservation three weeks in advance and had them call me two days before pick up to tell me I can’t get what I want I have too pick up at two different locations, so I opted to just take a smaller truck so it could be convenient for me to pick up at one location. When I went to pick up the truck and trailer they didn’t even know I was taking a transport trailer and made me a new contract. Now in all of this not once did someone tell me the location I wanted to drop off at couldn’t take a transport trailer. They basically couldn’t grasp what happened and showed no sense of common sense and told me I have to deal with it myself. So I phoned U-haul and would you believe it I was able to drop it off at there sister company Thank goodness there are good employees that work at u-haul In general as I only had good experiences with them however the people that work at this location are bad apples.
