Anthony and Xiomara did an exceptional job and were absolutely pleasing to work with. They don't know the life they saved with the fast and friendly service, they provided last night. I walked in there in complete panic mode because the inner screen on my flip phone died without provocation. Mind you...I got there just before 6pm and they close at 7pm. I was so distraught and on the verge of tears and it had already been a long hard day and was the last thing I needed to deal with…and we all know how this usually goes. Xiomara immediately expressed empathy and took charge without hesitation. I was impressed and amazed with her knowledge, attention to detail and willingness to help, not just with me, but with everyone else who walked through the door. She could have easily dismissed me or advised me to come back another day. But she didn't. In times where customer service is seemingly falling short, Xiomara’s interpersonal skills and personality were above and beyond typical. I truly do appreciate the time and help that went into resolving my issue and fixing my phone. There aren’t enough things that I could say to fully express my gratitude. It may have been just another service for them, but it meant a great deal to me, and I don’t want their efforts to go unnoticed. Thank you, Xiomara and Anthony for being such wonderful human beings and for allowing me to end the day on a happy note.
I had a great experience! The customer service was excellent, and they had my laptop repaired and ready for pickup in just two days. They were professional, communicated well throughout the process, and made everything easy. I highly recommend them for fast, reliable service.
The staff was incredibly friendly, and professional, they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I needed the back glass on my iPhone replaced, and they got it done super fast. You can tell they really care about quality and customer satisfaction. Huge thank you to the team. I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know! 10/10, will definitely come back if I ever need repairs again.
I went here after work because my phone screen had broken. Not only did I show up completely filthy, but Jay was absolutely patient with me. He also taught me what was wrong with my phone. And calmly explained things to me. I really appreciate putting up with the fact that I was very dirty after work and he made no complaints! He also managed to get my phone completely done for me in less than an hour. He had told me it'd be about an hour, so I got comfortable and read my book. His speedy timing, and fixing my phone perfectly fine, maybe experience worth it! I truly appreciate all the hard work that he put in for me today and dealing with me and being very patient!
Review long overdue. Called Beach & Hodges location got Kevin. Drove to this location and he helped me with cellphone issues. Very kind, polite and helpful. In need..that's where I will go. Return business. "Thanks" Kevin.
