Amazing employees, been repairing my screens and hardware under cell protection coverage for last 8 years. They do amazing job and let me the prices ahead. They also provide an insurance filing form completely certified and filled that eases my credit card cell phone protection insurance claim Filing. 100% recommend them over Apple Store for your iPhone repairs and needs.

I had a virus on my phone. I called the phone company and was on the phone with them for two hours. After they figured out that they could not fix it they told me to go to UBreakifix on Hershel street in Jacksonville Florida. I went in there and gave him my phone, he looked at it and fixed it in a matter of seconds and handed it back to me. I was also amazed when he told me there was no charge, it was to easy. That type of service will never be forgotten. I will be a customer again. I forgot the guys name but he was very polite and fast.

I had a fantastic experience here! The staff was extremely friendly and provided clear, upfront pricing to fix my touch screen issue. Even though there was a long queue of customers, they were super fast and had my phone ready in under two hours. They even went the extra mile and reattached my existing screen protector since it was basically brand new. Highly recommend their services!
