uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

Please don't try to repair your laptops here. I took my laptop in to have the keyboard cleaned because a friend spilled hot chocolate on a few keys. THE KEYBOARD WAS WORKING PERFECTLY. I paid $160, but they returned my laptop with keys that don’t work, and the keyboard still gets stuck and looks like it wasn’t cleaned at all or that they didn’t even try to clean it. I told the technician that I didn’t see any results from their work, and he replied that the keyboard couldn’t be cleaned it could only be replaced. But then why did they charge me $160 and break the keyboard’s mounting clips? They said they’d try cleaning it again, more thoroughly, so I left the laptop with them for a couple more days. In the end, I picked up the laptop with even more broken keys; they also forgot to reconnect the battery, and the laptop stopped working when unplugged, so I had to take it back to the service center again. I spoke with the manager, and she offered to give me a refund and said she’d find a new keyboard and replace it at her own expense after all, excuse me, but I originally just asked to have the keyboard cleaned, and now they’re telling me it can only be replaced, which already costs $400! In the end, of course, no one called me back, and they just made a mess of everything. The keyboard still gets stuck there were water droplets on literally five keys, causing even more damage. I really regret going there.

Zhanel was incredible! She was extraordinarily kind and was able to help me get my phone in and out as soon as possible. She doesnt make you feel rushed like other places do. I admire the efficiency of this location. Everyone is always so helpful and swift! Thank you ZHANEL!! YOU ARE AWESOME

This location was amazing! I truly missed the name of the gentleman who helped us (he was young with glasses and very long hair) but he was as professional as could be! They had the screen replacement we needed for our older Samsung in stock, replaced it - they were busy so it took a little longer than quoted (which they totally kept me updated on) and because they felt like they owed it to me...they gave us a free high quality screen protector. (They owed me nothing - I was going to buy it anyway!) Amazing experience- and all for less than even replacing with a refurbished phone from Amazon - MUCH cheaper. If you think replacing the screen is more expensive yall...it isnt. Go at least get a quote from Ubreakifix!

wanted to believe the good ratings this place has but my family had a horrible experience. they took a very long time to do a fairly routine fix for a laptop, and waited multiple days after the necessary part came in to actually start working on the issue. to make matters worse, they did not have the charger for the laptop when it came time to pick it up. when questioned, the employee repeatedly claimed that they’d never had our charger and gaslit my family member into coming home to look for it. after turning over the whole house, we came to the conclusion that UBreakIFix did have the charger but somehow lost it. of course, when we called the store to try and remedy this, they didn’t answer. :/ the laptop is dead with no way to charge it. at this point it feels like we’ve been had. a charger can easily be replaced, but it bothers me that UBreakIFix didn’t take responsibility for the loss ajd tried to convince us that it was our mistake. that is not okay in my book. i do not recommend their services to any customer who wants to be treated with respect, or for their items to be returned to them. very disappointing! will not be using them in the future.
