uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

Kai was an absolute blessing to me and was extremely helpful in saving my computer, including everything stored in my files/storage. He was able to fix my Macbook Air M1 2020 for pretty much half of what Apple quoted me! My internal screen had cracked and I was quoted over $560 from Apple to fix it and advised that I would be “better off buying a new laptop”. I called into the Southside location, in hopes of getting a walk-in slot, as I truly could not let go of this computer specifically. She called multiple stores to find which one had my screen, which thankfully Orange Park did and agreed to fix it same day! Upon going to the Blanding location and speaking with Kai (Whom Jaenelle from Southside had spoken to over the phone), he was able to bot only fix my laptop in under 2 hours after a walk-in drop off but was able to quote me only about $275 for my repairs! The UbreakIfix employees I’ve had the pleasure of meeting today have been more helpful than I could’ve ever imagined. I would, beyond a doubt, always recommend Jaenelle (Hopefully I spelled that correct!) from the Southside location and everyone, but very specifically Kai, from the Orange Park location! 100/10, through and through!!

They were easy to deal with. It only took them about an hour to replace the battery in my iPhone. The price was very reasonable. The only thing I didn’t like was having to buy an insurance plan.

These guys are awesome. I bought a Xbox x/s only had it a few months and bam one day it just didn't turn on making weird sounds. I was very upset and couldn't believe this was happening as it was new. I was literally in tears and shock as I saved up for this Xbox for awhile. These guys took it in and replaced the necessary parts that went bad on it. Thank God it was under warranty. But still these guys really saved me. This is my way to relax after a long day or spend time with my kids at night. Thank you for your professional service and for helping us out like this. It means a lot more than you know.

I highly recommend UBreakiFix for getting an iPhone battery replacement. They use real certified Apple OEM batteries and installation kits. I like that I have a 1 year warranty with it too. They took their time to throughly check and work on my iPhone 13 to replace my battery and install it properly. Professional, clear communication, informative, helpful, and made it an easy process on my end. It’s worth it and now I have peace of mind knowing it was in good hands of a legitimate tech professional.
