Virginia Toussaint - Toussaint Group Realty

Virginia and her team are the best! Our home sold quickly in a slow market and we truly believe it is because Virginia is the best in her field. 20+ years of experience to walk you through buying or selling (we had Virginia when we bought 10 years ago) really pay off in her expertise. Plus, her whole team is super responsive and professional. Troussant Group Realty is the team to partner with. You’ll enjoy interacting with them, plus get results. What more could you ask for?!

Working with Virginia and team to purchase our first home was an absolute pleasure! From day one, Virginia was knowledgeable, patient, and truly had our best interests at heart. She guided us through every step of the process, answering all my questions and ensuring I felt confident in my decisions. Her expertise and dedication made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and exciting. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor, and I highly recommend Toussaint Group Realty to anyone looking for a top-notch real estate professional! 11/10!

Virginia helped me purchase my Jacksonville home 7 years ago and, again, in a much less predictable market this year, I looked to her to help me sell my home as I was relocating out of Florida. In both scenarios she made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. She is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and responsive. From the coordination of staging and capturing beautiful pictures of my home to communicating with my agent out of state and helping ensure things went smoothly for my sale there, I couldn’t haven’t asked for a better experience. You will not regret working with Virginia.

This was my first home purchase. I knew absolutely nothing about the process or what to expect. Virginia helped every step of the way. She was able to break down payments at every showing so that I could make a decision on if it would work for my budget. She would meet last minute for a showing if something came up that I wanted to see. I couldn’t imagine ever using anyone else for my home buying or selling needs! Thank you, Virginia!!!
