  I’m not sure yet of the work this company does, but Randy (I presume the owner) is not an easy or good person to work with, if you are a customer. The Marina I work with to maintain our boat referred me to Wilson Trailer and Repair and I should have known from the first phone call with Randy, working with them was going to be an issue. He recommended a lot of things we were not anticipating, when we had brought the trailer in for a new bow catcher and to check the tires for slow leaks. I listened to his recommendations, which he sounded out that he had to explain (“I’ve been in business for 30 years ……) and simply asked for an estimate for the cost of the repairs. Originally, the Marina was going to pay the bill and we were going to pay the Marina, so he got with them and I never heard back from either of them, which was my mistake. Then I get a text on Tuesday morning, from Randy asking that I give him a call. I called him two hours later before noon only to be met with the same rude attitude I had gotten weeks before when I spoke to him. When I asked for a copy of the bill, he said he would send it to me once I paid it. I said, I like to have a copy before hand so I could review it considering I never received an estimate in advance of the work being done. Randy got irritated with that request and he started yelling at me saying he’d send it over but he’s been in business for 30 years and he’s been trying to get me to pay this bill (for 2 hrs), that I needed to pay it, and then he rudely hung up on me. Once I reviewed the bill, for work I never authorized but I suspect and hope I needed, I called Randy up and kindly paid the bill. Life is too short to deal with people who are rude. I don’t care how long they have been in business, it doesn’t give them the right to treat anyone, much less a customer, like a second class citizen. Post Response: Nice try on lying in your response, as I have confirmation from Ben at Atlantic Coast Marine saying he planned on paying the bill and charging me along with the rest of my service. However it doesn’t matter, because anyone can read from your other reviews you are a rude individual, who treats people nasty, and consistently talks about how many years you’ve been in business, like it gives you some right. You don’t get the amount of one star reviews that you’ve gotten out of 143 total reviews, being a great place or person to do business with. The truth hurts, but you wouldn’t know anything about that, as you are just a grumpy person who talks down to customers.
