If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I move for the military and we never had any issues like we had with this company. First, I had everything neatly organized in a storage unit. Couldn’t have made it any easier for them. They had three elderly women packing up my things. Which is fine, however all these women did was complain about how many things we had. Everything was well organized and stored properly. So what does it matter how much stuff we had? You work for a moving company. You should be well aware of what you sign up for when working for a moving company. We were having our stuff moved from Florida to Minnesota. I understand our household goods wouldn’t be delivered within the week. Thats expected. Three weeks it took for our items to get there from the time we got to Minnesota. Three weeks. It actually went over the guaranteed date of arrival. Now, all of that I can brush past. What I can’t brush past is SO many of my items being damaged and broken. I mean majority of my things ruined. I haven’t even finish unpacking and quite honestly I’m hesitant on opening another box as I’m sure more of my stuff is ruined. I mean from glasses, to lamps, to decor to antiques that cannot be replaced…broken. Also, to add, they are supposed to keep a detailed inventory on what they pack and fill out paperwork. These ladies mislabeled so many things. Box numbers didn’t match up with the descriptions. They were so vague on labeling things which makes it hard incase things were misplaced. Things that should of been high value and were requested to be marked as high value were not. Do NOT use this moving company.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A huge thank you to Angel and his amazing team at Conser Moving! In our 12 years of military PCS moves, this was hands down the BEST crew we have ever had handling our belongings! From start to finish, Angel and his team were exceptional, diligent, professional, and incredibly attentive to detail. They handled our belongings with great care, ensuring everything was properly packed and protected. Their efficiency, teamwork, and outstanding work ethic truly exceeded our expectations. Military moves can be stressful, but Angel and his crew made the entire process seamless. We genuinely appreciate their hard work and dedication. An outstanding team that deserves more than five stars! Highly recommend!
Professional and courteous. Showed up on time and were accommodating with our moving needs. Update… Upon arrival, I realized everything was just shoved into boxes. Shoes just tossed into a box with with baby toys, broken vases, missing screws and pieces to electronics. Spices just put in a box.
Angel and his crew were awesome! They professional, careful, and helped us set up what we needed. Highly recommended for an easy move.
We had an awesome experience with Conser Moving and Storage! The whole team was professional, friendly, and worked incredibly hard from start to finish. I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Linda. She was absolutely amazing! She never stopped working, had us laughing couple of times lol, and made what could have been a stressful move a lot easier. She was also so sweet with our dogs, and they were comfortable around her right away. You can tell she truly cares about the people she's helping. Thank you, Linda and the team for making a stressful move so much easier. We'd definitely recommend Conser to anyone looking for a moving company!
