I contacted this estate sale about two vehicles they listed. The ad had almost no information, so I asked for the VIN so I could run a Carfax report to check the vehicle’s history for any prior accidents or damage — a completely normal step when buying a car. From the start, the person I dealt with had an awful attitude and was extremely rude. Instead of providing basic information, they refused to share the VIN altogether. When a seller won’t provide something that standard, it raises serious questions about transparency. Based on this interaction, I would strongly advise buyers to proceed with caution.

Grasons here in Saint Augustine did an amazing job for my friends estate. Their approach is the most professional I’ve ever seen and I found them from one of their local sales where I was very impressed at their way of doing things. Very reputable and friendly, highly recommend them to all my friends and work colleagues.

I see a lot of wonderful posts about Victor, I wish I could have spoken to him. I understand while estate sales are very busy and hectic to run the owner Misty answered my call this morning and was very rude. She could have offered to take my number and call me back however she just seemed like I was a huge bother to say the least. She shouldn’t pick up calls if she can’t be kind. This kind of treatment will affect sales. Agree with other posts as well the hours should be slightly longer for the client and the customer. The team is incredibly professional, handling stressful situations with love and grace. Misty, the manager, was a huge help, even carrying purchases to my car! So glad my neighbor chose them for their sale. ❤️ Can't wait for the next one I'll be there!
