The rooms themselves weren’t bad but the people who actually “live” here for more than 8 months seem to be suffering from the same issues. Mainly drug addiction and alcohol addiction. At least four times a week couples and roommates are fighting. Both inside and outside the rooms. Fighting about who spent the last of the money or who stole the drugs from who. The rooms aren’t bad, the kitchenette and microwave are decent and work good. There’s a full size fridge, a four drawer dresser, and in the single room a couch that folds out into a small bed. The bathroom has a tub and shower, with shelves and a cabinet under the sink. There’s a laundromat on site and the prices for washers and dryers are very cheap

Been here for 2 years while trying to get into a home of our own. Mike has always been great with us however the new employees Skylar and Doug could use a refresher course in customer service. Skylar is hardly ever at the front desk when on duty and constantly on her personal cell phone with other managers complaining about her trying to work her "side hustle" while at work. It was stated by management that there have been SEVERAL complaints about her. She and I had a disagreement and with me being rightfully upset I did raise my voice to which she screamed at me and refused to take my payment and said she was checking us out and then proceeded to call the police on me and my family to which IF SHE KNEW HER JOB she would know when someone is a resident that it is not that easy and the cops explained it was a civil matter to her dismay. Doug walks around and treats this like a prison and we are inmates. He tries to make our kids be inside at certain times and talks down to everyone. For people appointed to represent Inn town as a business it seems they need to hire people that actually know how and care to do their jobs. We are tenants that always paid and never had issues until now. But it will be great to see court documents that state her grounds for eviction being because she got her feelings Hurt. 🙄
General Manager Ms Katrina and staff are outstanding. Staying here on and off last 2 years and Ms Katrina has always been accommodating and kind .
I was there earlier today and to see some friends of mine that I haven't seen in a while but we're staying there and still about the same as it was where I stayed there almost 6 or 7 years ago.and Mike the manager is still there and he was very kind and remember I'm being very helpful when I stayed there I'm glad to see that he's still there... And as always very welcoming and kind of atmosphere.
I am currently taking up residence here at the Orange Park location and my experience since me and my two sons have been here has been nothing but excellence, anytime you ask the manager Mr Mike for anything whether it's a TV remote or a light bulb, he is always polite and courteous and accommodating. I did not know how our experience would be because we lost our place and have been here for 6 months and I have no complaints I'm just thankful to have a roof over me and my children head and a place to cook a warm meal and a full refrigerator to store food in. Thank you for your hospitality. Also they have a awesome housekeeping team an amazing maintenance director Mr Forrest who is also as polite and courteous as Mr Mike.
