Rodeway Inn Orange Park - Jacksonville near Naval Air Station

EDIT: Still contacting the phone they commented down below and it lead me to a bank? They probably mistyped it cause that number is 1 number different than the one listed on booking.com Also, still trying to contact the number they have listed on booking.com on a Monday at 3pm and still no answer after 6 tries. Cannot recommend based on my experience with the lack of communication with the staff. I asked the front desk if I would get my invoice sent to my email since he didnt provide a receipt upon checkout. He said they would. I never got an invoice sent to my email and everytime I call the phone, it gets sent straight to voicemail. This invoice is important for my reimbursemnt. What type of business sells a service and doesnt provide a receipt for purchase?

this past year I've stayed in 4 different rooms in this hotel. it may not be the newest hotel but every room I've been to it's always clean and staff has always been nice. . You won't find any more bang for your buck in Jacksonville.

This is the second worse experience that I’ve received as a choice member. Upon my arrival I was giving room 202 which had baby spiders running on one of the beds and both beds had dirty sheets. I let the clerk know who tried to accommodate me y twitching me to room 203 which had even nastier sheets. I was supposed to be there Friday-Sunday 5/29-5/31 but checked out not even 10 minutes after checking in. Haven’t yet to receive my security deposit back. The general location itself is a good location but the area surrounding the hotel looks a little shady and at the time the parking lot was trashy. I didn’t attempt to try for a third room because by this my family expressed not feeling secure. The clerk “KCurt” was very nice and you can tell was genuinely concerned.

Decent, clean place for me to spend the night when I work late. The only thing I don’t like is that new management now requiring a $50 deposit and you have to wait up to 5 days to get your $50 back in your account. I booked on Hotels.com and it doesn’t say a deposit is required upon check in. Other motels, you don’t even see the charge and they release the deposit hold upon checkout.
