unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I expected a professional, respectful and caring environment, but my experience did not meet those expectations. I hope the clinic takes feedback like this seriously and works to improve the patient experience, communication and overall level of service.
Dr. Brooks is blillent, caring, attentive, and listens to my needs and desire, empowering me for my health care!
My experience with Dr Amanda Brooks over the last 3 years is that she is an exceptional Personal Care Provider, in that she listens to my concerns, defines appropriate treatment plan(s) to directly addresses the issues, and provides the results of my tests in a timely manner. I would highly recommend her to anyone who values this patient first focused approach.
Dr. Brooks is a wonderful choice for a primary care doctor. She really listens and takes care of you and makes sure you are up-to-date with your labs, screening tests, and vaccines.
You will be very happy either way Dr Brooks. She is an intelligent, caring physician.
