From start to finish, this office visit was exceptional. The staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly organized, making check‑in quick and stress‑free. I was seen right on time, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Loch took the time to listen carefully, explained everything in a clear and reassuring way, and never made me feel rushed. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, and I felt completely confident in the care plan by the end of the visit. The office itself was clean, comfortable, and well run, which only added to the positive experience. You can tell that everyone here takes pride in what they do and truly cares about their patients. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top‑notch care and a consistently positive experience. This is exactly how healthcare should feel!
Over too many years I have seen too pain management guys. This one is different. First, he caught something on an MRI that only one other health professional had caught, including those reading the MRI, a cyst at the base of my spine pushing again the nerve. Second, his (their) treatment of it was first class. He took his time, was gentle. Concerned about my pain level throughout the process. Talked. Was funny, or at least amused by my jokes, a nervous habit and caring. Great experience!
Dr.Loch and his staff are the best! Professional but very friendly and make you feel so comfortable! Dr.Loch’s treatment on my neck gave me a lot of pain relief. He really knows his stuff. I had a great first experience and would definitely go back if needed. 4/16/26. Had a 2 week follow up with Dr.Loch. I am pain free and was able to go on a hunting trip to Patagonia. Shot a huge red stag! Thank you Dr Loch & his amazing staff!
Dr. Loch and his staff seem to really care about their patients. Great follow up. Dr. Loch is an amazing doctor and I'm grateful to be in his care. He is thorough, bright, and kind. I appreciate his dedication to staying up to date. The staff here is very welcoming and caring. Scheduling appointments is simple and their text line makes communication so easy. I Highly recommend Dr. Loch. I will continue with this practice with all of my future needs.
Doctor Loch was very thorough and took his time explaining everything to me. Doctor Loch was also very personable as was his staff. Marianna, Addi, and Chelsey could not have been nicer. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone who really is trying to get to the root of the problem and fix it.
