The staff at West Eastern Health hosted my wife and I--both of us are medical professionals--at their clinic for an on-site educational visit. The clinic is located in a beautiful area in suburban Jacksonville (Nocatee). The facility is clean and quiet, and the staff is very professional and knowledgeable. The treatment rooms are designed with an emphasis on ambiance--it does not look like a "doctor's office". The clinic provides patients a safe, relaxing, and healing experience.

I had such a wonderful experience with IV treatment to aid me with multiple health issues. West Eastern Health is beautifully modern, with stunning crystal décor that creates a calming, high-vibrational atmosphere the moment you walk in. My entire experience felt intentional — supporting overall wellness and balance. The wonderful staff is knowledgeable, gentle, and truly caring. My health is so important to me and I highly recommend for anyone looking to elevate their self-care routine!

My daughter came here recently to get a brain scan done in search of answers. I was blown away by the friendliness and professionalism of both Dr. Piraino and Dr. Marchefka. It was a quick initial visit (about 40 min, 25 was active brain scanning) and then a half hour call to review results. The doctor then emailed me both an executive summary to explain overall findings, findings by frequency band, and the visual brain maps to help visualize what she was telling me during the review call. Will highly recommend to anyone trying to get a diagnosis and needing concrete evidence to bring to your doctor.

Not satisfied with the conventional treatment plan recommended by my physician, I reached out to West Eastern Health with common (at my age), yet challenging neurobiological symptoms associated with Brain Fog. I was intrigued with West Eastern Health’s goal to target the source of my issues, using a multi-pronged, integrative medicine approach. I conveniently scheduled my first consultation via Zoom with Lauren Marchefka, FNP-BC. Her professionalism and skill, balanced with compassion, was much appreciated. Lauren provided several immediate coping skills and followed up with an emailed personalized package, outlining treatment options that included services provided at WEH, but also treatment options not available at the clinic. I greatly appreciated Lauren providing the best options for me, not just those available at the clinic. I’ve just completed a non-invasive, brain-mapping session with Maddie Grooms, PA-C at WEH. Each highly skilled provider I’ve encountered exudes genuine caring and a solutions-oriented approach!
