My PC started freezing randomly and then wouldn't boot past the logo screen at all, so I brought it in fearing the worst (thought I'd lost all my files). Dropped it off and they ran a full diagnostic the same day, which I really appreciated since some places make you wait days just to get an initial assessment. Turned out to be a failing hard drive along with some corrupted system files. They explained everything clearly, walked me through the options, and gave me an upfront quote before doing any work, so there were no surprises when it came to the bill. They replaced the hard drive, recovered and transferred all my data to the new one, and even cleaned up the internals since it was pretty dusty inside. Had it back within two days, fully set up and running better than it had in months. Startup times are noticeably faster now, and everything just feels smoother overall. Communication throughout the process was great, they kept me updated and never made me feel like I was being upsold on things I didn't need. Pricing was reasonable for the work done, and it's clear they know what they're doing. Would definitely trust them again for any future computer issues and would recommend them to anyone dealing with hardware problems or a PC that won't cooperate.

In town for business and my laptop died. I brought it to computer doctor and they got it going again, and cleaned everything up nicely. The price for the work was amazing. Highly recommend!
Great business overall. Gaming PC problems, lag, setup advice, send them here for a quick diagnostic. Even if you just want to double check, it's more than worth the $35 to have the experienced tech look it over. He gave me his time, and whats more a peace of mind that my problem is identified properly with confidence. I learned a few things too. 😁 Great experience. First place I will call when I have any problems. Wholesome service and real down to earth folks.
We have been Computer Doctor customers for years because of their professionalism and accommodating attitude. They have removed viruses and other computer "weirdness." They've even unlocked a locked-up smart phone. Highly recommend these great folks.
